Cold bathroom.

The hotel staff were helpful and professional. Check-in/check-out was smooth. The outdoor pool was clean and usable in December. The dinner buffet had a good selection, particularly the grills. The bar had a nice ambiance and offered a decent choice of cocktails and beers.

The service is very good overall. There is parking available at the front of the hotel. - the breakfast is warm and offers a variety of food choices. - the location is magnificent, situated in a beach area close to other hotels and a cafeteria.

The hotel's location opposite the beach and in the center of shops and facilities was excellent. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The choice of food at half board was superb, and the staff were professional and friendly.

Great location and stunning views from the balcony. The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for relaxing strolls. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at reception were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was plentiful. The hotel had a lovely pool area with green grass, palm trees, and cactuses, creating a peaceful oasis.

There were a few issues that could be improved upon. The assumption that guests were German and addressing them in German was not appreciated.

Staff and facilities made the stay excellent. Hotel was situated an easy walk to playa del matorral. The restaurant was located within 550 feet. We strongly recommend as we loved the property.

The room had a modern design and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

Our room was large and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The location is very central. The pool area is very relaxing and the level of service was excellent. We received champagne on arrival.

Dinner was included in our booking. It was buffet style and the hot food could have been better. Men must wear long trousers to dinner which is a bit silly considering the weather in the Canaries.
